Who I am: Derek, part of the Digital IQ initiative.

What I do: Assist individuals and community groups facing the risk of digital exclusion.

Why I do it: I consider it a privilege to provide support to people who are unable to connect due to skills, affordability, or access challenges. I believe technology can bring numerous benefits to people, including the ability to connect with loved ones, share stories, and much more.
